About the role

Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first ecommerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains. As an IT Specialist, you will help maintain our worldwide fleet of equipment, help our users with IT questions, and help keep our services secure. For this role, the responsibilities are: Troubleshoot IT issues, including networking and VPN issues Monitor IT systems and react to problems Enhance IT systems to support our expanding employee base Help tune AI systems to answer user questions

Requirements

  • You have excellent people and communication skills
  • You have experience maintaining computer systems, either within an organization or with friends and family
  • You have experience with computer peripherals and software configuration
  • You enjoy working with people to help solve their problems
  • You are a creative, logical problem solver
  • Bonus skills
  • You have familiarity with Jamf, Okta, Notion, Azure, Slack/Teams, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Google Meet, Cyberhaven, Harmony SASE, and/or Zoom
  • You are experienced with remote management of an enterprise workforce (completely remote) and familiar with MacOS and Apple technologies
  • You are comfortable nudging customer support agents and managing tickets in external vendor support platforms
  • You have experience with password managers and general laptop security principles
