Responsibilities

• Deliver various haircut styles including fade cuts, razor skinfade, mullet, mohawk, beard styling, hair coloring, and highlights to meet customer preferences
• Conduct professional consultations to understand and advise customers on their hair care needs
• Promote company products and service packages to customers to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and uphold personal hygiene standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively in English with customers and team members to provide clear service and teamwork
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to support smooth shop operations
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset by responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests
• Adapt and learn new skills to improve service quality and keep up with industry trends
