Senior Digital IC Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and influence architecture, specifications, and IP design for Touch Controller products
• Take ownership of RTL design and verification at both IP and product level
• Drive end-to-end design execution, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
• Lead and contribute to design reviews, documentation, and quality improvements
• Support silicon validation, production, and customer debug, including failure analysis
• Collaborate closely with firmware, systems, and applications teams
• Contribute to improving design methodologies, flows, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team
• Requirements/Qualifications:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in digital IC / chip-level design
• Strong experience across the full design flow:
• Architecture & specification
• RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog)
• Verification
• Tape-out / streamout
• Proven ability to own features or subsystems end-to-end
• Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, or coordinating across teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines
