About the role
The D&T Commercial Site Partner is responsible for providing hands-on technology support in our commercial sites within our Operating Units. This role ensures that employees can work effectively with digital workplace tools, resolves day-to-day technical issues, and supports cyber security practises on site in partnerships with D&T functions.
Responsibilities
- Site-Based Support and Digital Workplace Enablement
- In partnership with D&T functions and third parties, provide in-person support for the digital workplace requirements of the sites.
- Support conference roomsand shared spaces
- Support local technology processes such as onboarding and offboarding
- Incident Management and Problem Resolution
- Have overall management oversight of service level agreements and incident resolution for the site.
- In partnership with D&T teams act as a point of escalation for incident and problem resolution following Haleon playbooks.
- Represent the site on incident management calls as required
- Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to implement permanent fixes and improvements
- Cyber Security Compliance and Support
- Act as the on-site contact for cyber security related queries and minor incidents, working closely with the central Cyber team.
- Ensure endpoint security measures are correctly applied on site and on any local applications.
- Support the correct application of user access management protocols at site.
- Help to detect and escalate suspected security incidents following Haleon playbooks.
- Promote Haleon secure working practises at site
- Support the implemtation of security change on site in partnership with the Cyber team.
- Operational Excellence & Maintenance
- In partenrship with D&T teams and third parties, support routine checks on critical equipment on site
- Maintain local asset inventory in line with Haleon policy and support the full asset lifecycle.
- Support planned changes or roll-outs (upgrades, migrations, new tools) including co-ordination, communication, and floor walking support.
- Support the migration of local apps to strategic global platforms where possible.
- Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Build strong working relationships with the local Commercial leadership teams, functional heads and end users, to understand needs and priorities.
- Work in collaboration with Service Management and OU Digital & Tech Heads to have a clear view and oversight of local service levels and incident resolution
- Build a strong partnership relationships with D&T functions to support service levels and problem management.
- Act as a local champion for D&T initiatives and change.
- Training, Awareness & User Empowerment
- In partnership with Central D&T teams, provide short practical training sessions on D&T capabilities, policies and initiatives.
- Encourage self-service, use of knowledge articles and compliance with the use of secure tools and processes.
- Qualifications & Experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, desktop support or digital workplace (2-4+ years).
- Solid hands on experience with:
- Microsoft productivity tools
- Collaboration & Video Conferenceing platforms
- Basic Networking
- Experience working with ITSM and Service Now
- Awareness of basic Cyber Security principles and practises.
- Expereince in supporting AV/meeting room technology and hybrid working environments
- Expereince in working in or supporting a Cyber/Information Security function
- Relevant Certifications in Network, Security, Microsoft or ITIL
- Experience in a regulated environment such as health, finance or government or critical infrastructure.
