Responsibilities
- Support the monthly general ledger close, including accruals, amortizations, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts
- Analyze financial statements and prepare reports with insights for assigned business units
- Manage inventory accounting, including cost variance and physical inventory analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business processes
- Assist with internal and external audits and contribute to special projects as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, with 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and GAAP) and financial reporting, with the ability to analyze data, think critically, and solve problems
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE; Blackline a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating organization, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, driven approach to supporting team and business objectives
