Responsibilities
- This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will be key in helping the company achieve business goals through partner satisfaction and engagement. Success in this position will be measured by partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion within our current partner base.

- What You Bring To The Team:
- 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, ideally in a sales or customer success
- Knowledge of the MSP space is a plus, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
- Experience in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Ability to deliver customer and partner engagement in a professional manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a hyper-growth environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business
- Strong ability to execute customer success strategies and initiatives across all accounts
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
