Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) credential
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or II) credential
• 5+ years of experience developing Force.com, Apex, Visualforce applications. Demonstrated ability to design scalable architectures and adhere to coding best practices.
• Expertise in programming using VisualForce, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
• Extensive experience with configuration, customization, and programming with Apex APIs, triggers, classes, and web services and implementing new instances of SalesForce.com from scratch.
• Expertise in Salesforce Chatter, Salesforce Mobile, and AppExchange deployment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with UX designers, QA, and product owners in creating user tests and prototypes.
• Proven metrics-driven, data-oriented mindset. Expertise tracking meaningful KPIs that monitor performance and ensure ongoing success of applications.
• Experience working with Atlassian software development tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) preferred.
• Experience in an analyst role, leading requirements gathering and configuration efforts on a variety of projects helpful, but not required.
