Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or within a Family Office environment
- Experience supporting founders or senior executives in demanding, high-performance settings
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong numerical confidence
- Exceptional note-taking ability and structured follow-up discipline
- Strong commercial awareness
- The ability to operate autonomously with sound judgement
- Composure and resilience under pressure
- High attention to detail combined with strategic awareness

We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant on behalf of a well established business based in Farnham. As Executive Assistant you will support the Managing Director in day to day operational tasks. This is a strategic support position requiring initiative, commercial awareness, discretion and operational discipline. The Managing Director also leads across sales and has a close interest in operational functions, overseeing revenue growth, client relationships, project performance and organisational execution. The successful candidate will provide structured, high-level support across these areas, ensuring priorities are clearly tracked and executed. Please note- This is an office based role
