Bowling Alley Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the bowling lanes and peripherals are executed in a timely and complete manner
• Ensure bowling machinery, lanes, bowlers' area, ball return mechanism, back-end mechanism, monitor screen, chasis, etc are maintained in the best possible condition
• Strip and oil 10 lanes, mop gutter, bowlers approach area daily and before events/functions and check pinspotter machine all the time and redress any fault occurrence during operations
• Check general cleanliness of the bowling lanes, bowlers area, bowlers approach area, back end, store, bowling balls & racks and backend machine parts
• Inform bowling Customer Service Officers to release lanes for use and to clear pins, house.
• Check and report any faulty machine or problem on lanes and to rectify it as soon as possible
• Oversee and ensure that stock, equipment and inventory levels are sufficient e.g. for machinery spare parts, lane maintenance chemicals, pins, bowling ball, etc.
• Ensure that the annual budget for bowling parts is planned yearly and expenses are controlled carefully
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Bowling Manager

As a Bowling Technician in our Bowling Centre, you will report to our Bowling Manager.
