Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient service both at the reception desk and through telephone and email communications. The role involves managing appointments, directing patients to appropriate services, and ensuring a positive patient experience throughout their interaction with the practice. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, processing prescriptions and referrals, managing clinical correspondence, and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the practice using a range of healthcare and digital systems.
