Job Description Minimum requirements: Namibian Citizenship; Grade 12 (25 points); Duties and responsibilities include: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for the Old Mutual Loyalty Program. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, and print. Support the planning and execution of promotional events and activities to drive awareness and participation in the loyalty program. Assist in monitoring campaign performance and analyzing data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization. Provide administrative support, including maintaining campaign calendars, organizing meetings, and managing documentation.
