An Assistant City Attorney II position is available with the Fort Worth City Attorney's Office. position will partner with multiple departments, including the Real Property Management, the Water Department, and Transportation & Public Works. The City is growing rapidly and as a result needs property interests for various City projects such as roads, sidewalks, water and sewer lines, and parks. While the City most often is able to negotiate with proper owners to purchase the interests it seeks, it is sometimes necessary to acquire property through eminent domain. Therefore, the City seeks a condemnation lawyer to assist with these acquisitions.
