The role focuses on improving cash flow, reducing DSO, and controlling credit risk while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end OTC activities for assigned customer accounts.
  • Ensure timely billing, statement issuance, and collection of outstanding balances.
  • Monitor AR ageing, credit exposure, and payment trends, escalating risks when required.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve billing disputes.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve balance discrepancies with customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and clients to address payment and commercial issues.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare AR, collections, ageing, and dispute reports, providing ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Support initiatives to improve cash collection, DSO, and risk control.

Requirements

  • Experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control.
  • Strong understanding of billing, collections, dispute management, and account reconciliation.
  • Experience managing customer portfolios and improving cash collection performance.
  • Knowledge of credit risk, ageing analysis, and DSO management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
