Requirements
- We are looking for someone who enjoys building organisations-not just managing HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with exposure to organisational development or business partnering preferred.
- Experience designing HR frameworks, performance management systems, or organisational structures.
- Strong recruitment and talent assessment capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and execution-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
