National Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, costs, and scope to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee site operations meeting safety, regulatory, and budget requirements.
• Resolve operational and customer issues promptly.
• Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams across multiple projects.
• Conduct audits and manage risks to meet legal and internal standards.
• Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental compliance as Principal Contractor.
• Monitor supply chain performance on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• What we need from you - Construction degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing residential construction projects from tender to completion.
• Expertise in renewable energy and insulation installations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including MS Project.
• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety, PAS 2030/2035, CDM 2015 legislation.
• Full driving licence.
• Pass an enhanced DBS check
