This position involves assistinglead teachers and Teachers Assistants in one or more classrooms as needed,ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental progress of the childrenunder our care. Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist lead teachers in daily classroom activities, including preparing materials, and implementing lesson plans.Provide coverage in various classrooms as needed, adapting quickly to different age groups and teaching styles.Ensure a safe and nurturing environment by supervising children during activities, meals, and rest periods.Support the emotional and social development of children by encouraging positive interactions and modeling appropriate behavior.Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
