Job Description This position supports the EMBREX process within the hatchery, assisting with the movement of egg trays through automated machines and equipment, and supporting daily hatchery operations. Team members in this role help stage, load, and unload trays, maintain clean and organized work areas, and follow all safety, hygiene, and biosecurity procedures. The EMBREX role requires working closely with other team members to ensure operations run efficiently and according to established guidelines. Work Environment & Schedule Physical role requiring standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Work environment may include hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions Flexible schedule required, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Key Expectations Handle eggs carefully and accurately according to procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate records. Keep work areas clean, safe, and biosecure. Communicate equipment, product, or safety issues promptly to management. Support hatchery operations with flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail. Department Hatchery Embrex Shift 1st shift Minimum Requirement Candidates must have six (6) months of documented continuous work history in the past two (2) years. The winning candidate will be determined through an interview process.
