You will join a growing, entrepreneurial team delivering impactful projects that aim to improve development outcomes across different countries. Within project teams, Interns work closely with Project Leads, Project Managers, Senior Associates, Associates, and Analysts to deliver high-quality analytical and strategic support to clients. As an Intern , you will: Support the analysis and design of development programs to improve the effectiveness and impact of public sector interventions. Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making. Perform literature reviews, policy analysis, and international benchmarking on innovative approaches in international development. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and client deliverables in both Spanish and English. Contribute to projects related to performance management, results-based financing, and institutional strengthening . Support the organization's growth through initiatives such as business development, research, and knowledge generation .
