Your Team You will be part of one of the following two teams: Insights & Analytics - This role will help enable surgical insights and timely decision making, leading to increased sales of Invesco products. While providing business and analytical support to the Sales team is the primary objective. Responsibilities would include building descriptive and prescriptive analytical solutions, build advanced data visualizations, learn and excel in data preparation and data wrangling of semi structured and unstructured data, analyze data and provide Insights for Business partners across Organizations. Your Role Understand and learn ways of collecting data, organizing that data, and then analyzing the data Gather, extract, manipulate, analyze, and model data using analytical and statistical tools Get trained on reporting and visualization skills. Research on day-to-day tasks and get insights that can be shared with higher management. Work with other team members and managers to make process more effective and efficient. Partner with visualization team to design and manage dashboards and tools to help business access data and monitor performances. Work in close partnership with data engineers and data scientists to deploy the solutions. Optimize processes and establish procedures to reduce manual and repetitive work Help build out the data validation and business user acceptance testing capabilities required to support customer centric analytics and visualization. The Experience You Bring Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, MS Power BI, Tableau, Cloud technology Good knowledge in data warehouse concepts, data modelling & data visualization Knowledge in data science concepts, including machine learning, and natural language processing is an added advantage. Familiarity with mutual fund/asset management industry operations would be an added advantage. Good analytical skills including attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones Good written and verbal communication skills Shall be a good team player & open to work flexible hours Ability to work in agile, test & learn, and iterative environment Academic requirements Master's in data Analytics or Data Science (2023 Batch)/Undergraduate 70% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course Full Time / Part Time Full time Worker Type Employee Job Exempt (Yes / No) No Workplace Model At Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
