Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will drive quality across our products, suppliers, and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems and processes, leading root cause investigations, supporting production and supplier quality, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and proactive in identifying quality risks, implementing corrective actions, and partnering with cross-functional teams and suppliers to continuously improve product quality and manufacturing performance. Occasional travel to supplier and customer sites will be required to support quality initiatives and resolve field issues. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related technical discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in hardware quality, reliability, or testing (experience in electronics, electrical and mechanical hardware is highly valued)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Fluency in Norwegian and English. Spanish is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and good written and verbal communication abilities.

Through custom underwater cameras, computer vision, and machine learning we are able to quantify fish weights, detect the health status, and generate optimal feeding plans in real time. Our product operates at three levels: on-site hardware for image capture, cloud pipelines for data processing, and a user-facing web application.
