Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Elevate Club Operations: Oversee the member and guest experience, ensuring service and product quality are consistently delivered at a world-class level.
• Partner in Leadership: Assist the General Manager in directing the dining room and golf services management teams to maintain seamless, premium daily operations.
• Build Great Teams: Support the GM in team orientation, training, professional development, and performance management to build a high-retention workplace.
• Drive Culture: Ensure all employees are happy, highly engaged, and provided clear pathways to develop professionally within our growing brand.
• What You Bring:
• The Background: Minimum of 3 years of management experience as an Assistant General Manager (or similar high-level leadership role) at a premier private golf club, luxury hotel, or upscale/fine dining restaurant.
• The Skills: Proven ability to manage local P&L elements, develop world-class Food & Beverage programs, and showcase an extremely high attention to detail.
• The Leadership: A history of service excellence, an exceptionally personable demeanor, and a proven talent for coaching high-performance teams.
