- Standalone Site Management: Stationed independently at our partner 3PL facility to oversee daily warehouse movements, representing Enoch Surfaces' operational interests on the ground.

- Autonomous Problem Solving: Take full charge of discrepancy resolution on-site, swiftly flagging and correcting stock anomalies directly with the Sales team and logistics providers without needing constant supervision.
- Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, stock auditing, or 3PL vendor oversight in Singapore.
- Exceptional eye for detail with a proven track record of catching inventory errors and resolving stock discrepancies.
- Highly disciplined, mature, and comfortable working entirely autonomously as a solo company representative on-site.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for manual data tracking and inventory management systems.
- Fluent in English and Chinese to ensure seamless daily communication with both local 3PL ground handlers and our factory management team in China.
- Physical requirement: None. This is an administrative, analytical, and ground-coordination role-all moving, packing, and heavy lifting are executed by the 3PL's outsourced movers.
