About the role
This position is with the U. S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in the Directorate of Cooperative and State Programs (DCSP), within the Office of Outreach Services and Alliances (OOSA) located in Washington, D.C. You must meet the Specialized Experience to qualify for Management Analyst, as described below. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. To qualify for the GS-13: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-12. Qualifying specialized experience for the GS-13 includes: Managing relationships with external organizations and/or entities that represent a regulated community (e.g., trade associations, labor organizations, etc.). Sharing agency data, outreach, and/or compliance materials related to safety and health programs. Researching, reviewing and/or compiling technical resources and studies.
