Open complaint files by phone or in writing for general complaints, and handle all related correspondence. Forward copies of complaints to the relevant departments and suppliers to obtain their version of events. Respond to all written or verbal inquiries before, during, or after clients' travel, within established timelines and in compliance with industry regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Analyze customer claims and investigate the circumstances of the incident. Submit settlement proposals and negotiate resolutions. Minimum of 3 years of experience in complaint management and customer service Strong analytical skills and a high level of empathy. Ability to work under pressure. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong writing skills. Knowledge of the travel industry (an asset). Bilingualism (spoken and written) required * . Other information: Full-time position. Remote or on-site work. First week of training to be completed on-site. * A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
