Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely. ____________________ Position Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Compensation Analyst to join our Global Compensation team . This role will play a critical part in supporting the administration, maintenance, and execution of compensation programs across the organization. The Compensation Analyst will provide operational and analytical support across core compensation processes including annual compensation cycles, audit support, and incentive program administration, Workday support. The role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Talent, Payroll, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process integrity. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to global compensation practices, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and help drive strong governance and audit readiness across compensation operations. Major Responsibilities: Compensation-Related Support Annual Compensation Cycle : Execute post-cycle compensation adjustments, including LOA hold releases and rescinded merit events, generate and validate compensation statements, implement approved merit calculation corrections in Workday, and partner with local HR teams to ensure Workday compensation data aligns with local payroll outputs. LTI Administration : Support quarterly new hire and one-time grant updates within Workday and assist with annual LTI grant administration, including updates to compensation and stock grant records. Bonus Administration : Validate compensation plan alignment (e.g., segment specific plans) and effective dating, prevent overlapping compensation plans and ensure data accuracy, and maintain and update bonus files and job-family structures. Reporting : Support and maintain compensation-related reports in Workday, assist in standardizing report naming conventions and reducing duplication, and contribute to reporting harmonization and data consistency across regions and segments. Audit Support : Support statutory and internal audit processes for compensation programs with and without merit plans, partner on audit communications, templates and Workday EIB load corrections, maintain audit trackers, eligibility lists and assist in troubleshooting process-related inquiries, track audit status across segments, including identification of audited vs. non-audited associates, and support data corrections related to country alignment, job grades, and compensation profiles. Process Documentation (SOPs) : Develop and maintain job aids, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and FAQs. HRBP Support Documentation : Assist in maintaining the Compensation SharePoint site, Job Catalog, and other related support documentation to ensure the HRBP community has access to accurate, current, and user-friendly compensation resources. Benefits-Related Support Invoice Reallocation : Support benefits invoice reallocation processes based on actual utilization, extract and analyze data from source systems to generate reporting and assist with processing reallocations with accounts payable system (Esker). Benefits Hub Support : Provide support for Benefits Hub inquiries, including password reset assistance, and support increased inquiry volume during peak periods such as Open Enrollment. HR-Specific New Hires and Terminations : Manage Workday reporting and processing activities related to HR-specific employee actions and ensure proper handling of compensation and benefits impacts tied to employee lifecycle events.
