Study Assistant Office Location : Buona Vista, Singapore Working Hours : Flexible Monthly Salary : Hourly Rate Employment Type : Full time, Permanent Contract Company Overview The company is a specialized clinical research unit based in Singapore, focusing on early‑phase human trials and innovative health technologies. It integrates biomedical expertise with modern digital tools to advance drug development and support global healthcare progress. Responsibility Study Administration - Set up and maintain study files, prepare training materials, support monitoring visits, and manage archival/retrieval of documents in compliance with SOPs. Data & Quality Management - Perform data entry, verification, and quality checks; track study metrics and ensure accuracy of case record forms and databases. Clinical & Recruitment Support - Register trial participants, assist in screening, maintain recruitment databases, and support volunteer payment and event activities. Laboratory Sample Processing - Prepare collection tubes, process biological samples, manage shipments, verify data, and operate laboratory equipment while maintaining consumable inventory. Biomedical Equipment Oversight - Assist in equipment maintenance, record‑keeping, and monitoring of clinical fridges/freezers to ensure operational readiness. Team & Vendor Coordination - Liaise with nurses, admin staff, and external vendors to support study consumables, logistics, and smooth execution of trial activities. Requirement Training will be provided for no experience candidate.
