Our Global Markets team has advised on transactions ranked among the market's most complex, high-profile and high-value. Act as a role model of the firm's values: we are passionate about quality; we deliver through collaboration; we think differently About you Finance lawyer with at least 1 year of experience in general finance, securitisation, structured finance or debt capital markets. England & Wales or Singapore qualification. Strong technical skills in relation to finance law. Good attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs. A commercial approach and an ability to negotiate effectively. A collaborative attitude to working within large teams and with colleagues at all levels. The ability to be team-focused and to also work independently. A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service, and a desire to interact with the market and build client relationships. The willingness to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies.
