- Must be able to work flexible shifts
- May require nights, weekends, and holidays.
- An additional $2.50/hr premium for NIGHT Shift only between the hours of 7pm-7am. Any hours worked outside of 7pm-7am will not receive the premium.

The Blown Film Operator is a skilled manufacturing professional responsible for operating and managing Blown Line equipment to ensure efficient production, quality standards, and timely delivery of customer orders. This role combines technical expertise with leadership qualities to maintain optimal production conditions while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor. This is a 12-hour night shift (7pm - 7am) on a 2/2/3 schedule. Pay starts at $23.58/hr + a $2.50/hr shift differential for night shift!
