Job Description: HR Business Partner King Edward VII's Hospital, 5-10 Beaumont Street, Marylebone, London W1G 6AA Permanent (37.5hrs) Up to. £60,000pa + Benefits Advert Expires: - 26th June 2026 As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, engagement, and development of our hospital workforce. Working closely with the HR Director, you'll support the delivery of our People Plan, embed a business partnering model, and collaborate with leaders across the hospital to create an exceptional employee experience. Your work will directly influence key outcomes, including engagement, retention, compliance, and capability development, ensuring that our people feel supported and empowered throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle. How you'll help us make health happen. In this role, you'll help us create a workplace where our people can deliver outstanding care by ensuring they feel valued, well-supported, and equipped to grow.
