Senior / Construction IoT Project Manager(CISM/GMAP/CISSP)

About the role

Our client is a leading IOT Building Lead the end-to-end project implementation lifecycle from initiation to closing, maintaining absolute accountability for project P&L, gross margin targets, and cash flow forecasting Rigorously manage project change requests, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure a "Zero-Gap" operational handover complete with all "as-built" digital twin data Manage cyber-physical threat vectors by coordinating the delivery of Zero-Trust network segmentation between on-site OT infrastructure (e.g., BACnet/Modbus protocols) and cloud reasoning engines Oversee the high-fidelity on-site installation of IoT devices, gateways, and Digital Twin mappings required for platform integration skills & experience required Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services), Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in building digitalization, BIM delivery, BMS integration, IoT system deployment, or M&E design Project Profound operational competency with Digital Twin concepts, BIM, ISO 19650 workflows, openBIM/IFC interoperability, and legacy protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and KNX Working knowledge of BIM tools like Revit will be a plus. Strong foundational knowledge of IoT communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT) and hands-on device commissioning experience.
