Job Summary Memorial Hermann Greater Heights seeks a residency trained Integrated Pharmacist to join our team. Position will provide support to Internal Medicine as well as provide transitions of care services. PGY1 residency training is preferred. Board certification is a plus. Experience in transitions of care is a plus. Schedule: 8 hour shifts. Mainly day shift but schedule flexibility may be needed to attend meetings. Occasional weekends may be necessary. Will discuss. Job Profile Summary Position is responsible for filling and labeling prescriptions, providing drug-related information to patients, hospital employees and medical staff, and supervising the activities of pharmacy technical support staff.
