Parts Clerk

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the parts department in collaboration with the parts manager.
• Order, receive, and stock truck and trailer parts and supplies for our maintenance shop.
• Distribute and bill parts to repair orders for technicians.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages or expiration.
• Create, review, and monitor work orders in a timely and safe manner.

Requirements

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.
• Experience with parts and/or inventory management is preferred.
• Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekly compensation based on experience
• Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
• I understand, where permissible under applicable federal, state, and local law, I may be subject to a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer of employment. Upon employment, employees may be required to have their picture taken.
