Responsibilities
- You will be working with the Capital Markets Services Support team and PS Leadership, supporting them to reach their business and revenue goals.
- Performance KPIs, resource utilization and billability, time-to-market, capacity and productivity, price review/rate analysis,
- Own and run assigned reporting processes (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc) supporting activities (for services (PS) revenue.
- Extract, cleanse, and transform large datasets across multiple financial or consulting data sources.
- Present information to senior leadership that supports critical strategic decision making within Capital Markets and Professional Services (PS).
- Designing, documenting and re-engineering reporting processes, publishing results, prototyping and industrializing tools.
- Supporting internal projects/initiatives from a data perspective.
- Supporting the operation leads to provide variance reporting as well as data for further analysis.
- Performing special projects / initiatives upon request on occasion.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
- What you bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially sophisticated Excel skills required such as; Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables, multi layered formulas)
- Strong numerical reasoning and ability to interpret operational/financial datasets accurately.
- Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable engaging senior leaders or client-facing teams.
- Ability to work in a team and independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Strong written and communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to project related data (effort and revenue, actuals and forecast) and translating business requirements into critical operational reporting.
- Added bonus if you have:
- Previous exposure to a technical Business Analyst environment.
- Working with a business Intelligence tool / data visualization such PowerBI, or experience as a PMO for enterprise software with domain knowledge of project implementations.
