Job Description Team summary: Reporting into the Head of Visa Consulting and Analytics Taiwan, the Analyst will provide end to end enablement from client engagements to project delivery, helping our clients drive value from their Visa product portfolios. Potential projects diverse as payment strategy, customer lifecycle management, customer experience, go-to-market strategy and execution. This will require your full interactions with external collaborations, and internal cross-functional teams to craft engagement approach and design project scope to scale Visa's reach and impact in the market. Key Responsibilities include: Able to shape initial proposed solution for complicated opportunities. Able to lead the delivery of a project or a team in a complicated project with support from internal resources and external vendors. Defining the scope, understanding clients' objectives, framing the problem or opportunity. Collecting and analyzing input such as client information, interviews, data, processes, policies, competitive and environmental information. Synthesizing analysis to determine gaps, issues, opportunities. Facilitate meetings and workshops as an element of client engagements, to enable creative problem solving and/or transfer domain knowledge, helping clients to realize project objectives across multiple client teams/functions. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Requirements

  • Why this is important to Visa:
  • Language skills - strong English and Mandarin Chinese, written and verbal skills.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, payments, consulting, or a similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. A Master's Degree in related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing complex projects in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience in the product marketing lifecycle from customer profile analysis to initiative development, campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign measurement.
  • Implementation experience of a product or program within financial services. Experience with a card issuer or acquirer is a plus.
  • What will also help:
  • Proven experience in delivering growth for financial services products.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem in Taiwan.
