BASIC FUNCTION: The Military Market Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of pump products through strategic engagement with existing OEM integrators, the development of new OEM relationships, and manage the military support team. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to identify new platforms, applications, and product opportunities that align with customer needs and market trends. The Military Market Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Account Management & Growth Manage and grow sales with existing OEM integrators. Develop account plans and strategies to increase share of wallet. Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including engineering, procurement, and leadership. New Business Development Identify and engage new OEM integrators and strategic partners. Prospect and qualify new opportunities across targeted verticals and applications. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for new platforms. Strategic Sales Execution Understand customer applications and translate needs into pump solutions. Lead technical and commercial discussions to position products effectively. Work closely with product management and engineering to influence product development based on market feedback. Market & Competitive Intelligence Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Provide insights to leadership on market dynamics and growth opportunities. Forecasting & Reporting Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data. Report regularly on account performance, opportunities, and risks.
