Supply Chain Operations Executive (West/SAP)

About the role

Job Description: Handle RFQ/RFx processes, evaluate supplier quotations, perform basic cost analysis, manage purchase orders in SAP, and coordinate with suppliers on pricing, production, and delivery while addressing performance and supply issues. Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and stock reconciliation, support audits and cycle counts, and identify potential shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving items. Manage end-to-end shipment processes, including freight coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication of shipment status, while working with warehouses and 3PL partners to ensure smooth delivery and resolve issues. Monitor and compile supply chain data, prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., delivery performance, inventory turnover), and provide insights to support operational improvements and cost efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to align operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, standardize workflows, and ensure compliance with procurement and regulatory requirements. Requirement: Preferably at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management, (not mandatory).
