Job DescriptionThis is a Hybrid role with a requirement to work from the Carmel, IN office twice a week, Thursdays are mandatory in-office days.Shift: Monday--Friday 11:30AM-8PM EST.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrated proficiency in the following basic floor planning workflows: Specific Source or Universal Source Manual FlooringAccount Portal Flooring or Day 1 Universal Source FlooringUniversal and Specific Source Pending Follow-UpReview, process, and follow up on floorplan requests as required by your designated workflow in accordance with policy and procedure and within established service levelsMeet additional weekly/monthly individual and departmental objectives as directedOther tasks and duties as assignedJob Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Able to communicate with clients and team members effectively and professionallyClient service attitude/skillsSelf-motivated, independent, and able to utilize training and resource materialsUse Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook at a satisfactory paceMust be able to multi-task and complete projects within the deadlines givenMust be efficient, accurate and swift with KeyboardMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GEDGenerally, less than 2 years of experienceDrug TestingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Paid time offRemote work optionsFlexible scheduleParental leave
