Business Development Coordinator (Data Analyst, Power BI) - TK

About the role

Working location: East area (next to MRT station) Variable Bonus provided Working Hours: 08:30 to 5:45 pm (Monday to Friday) You will support the Business Development Unit by managing business development data, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. The position enhances operational efficiency, supports decision-making, and prepares reports and materials for 5 Regional subsidiaries and HQ. ( This role does NOT require business development activities.) Job Responsibilities: Manage and update sales pipeline, client and competitor data, and market intelligence. Maintain internal databases and ensure data accuracy. Prepare periodic business development reports for 5 Regional subsidiaries and HQ. Support digital transformation through identification of manual processes and implementation of automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate). Prepare meeting materials, tender support documents, and presentation packages. Ensure documentation and data management according to the Company's Management System. Job Requirements: Diploma or equivalent fields Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development support, data management, digitalization, or related roles. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data-handling skills. Experience building dashboards (Power BI) or workflow automation (Power Automate, Power Apps). Knowledge or experience in Digital Transformation (DX). Working experience in a construction or engineering-related industry. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of civil/building construction (advantageous).
