As Front of House based in Waterloo you'll be responsible for: To engage all visitors to the showroom and operates throughout the showroom ensuring every client has an inspirational visit Play host to all visitors to the Waterloo showroom and refreshments made available. All clients, without fail, are engaged and that they are signposted correctly to ensure their visit is inspiring To facilitate all customer enquiries including taking leads and qualifying customers for the sales team when necessary. Confidence when speaking to and greeting customers Previous Customer Service experience is essential Friendly and personable approach Attention to detail This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Saturday Hours 9.00am - 5.30pm.
