About the role

Job Description: Manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety regulations. Monitor daily sales performance and achieve revenue targets. Prepare operational and sales reports. Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and banking procedures. Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth. Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and employment regulations. Maintain proper documentation and operational records. Ensure all staff comply with workplace safety standards. Job Requirements: Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant, café, or F&B management. Experience managing high-volume operations is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and restaurant operations. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Willingness to help out in kitchen.
