Tasks Who we're looking for We're looking for a demand gen leader who can own the full pipeline function - strategy, execution, and the team behind it. You'll manage two existing team members and be the person accountable for turning marketing investment into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline and MQL targets - you set the number and you hit it
- Full-funnel strategy across paid, email, lifecycle, and campaigns
- Budget allocation and performance reporting
- Managing and developing a two-person demand gen team
- Marketing automation and attribution infrastructure
- Alignment with sales on lead quality, handoffs, and follow-through
Requirements
- What you bring to the table
- 6-8+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen
- At least 2 years managing a team - you know how to coach, not just delegate
- Comfortable owning paid performance and systems, not just strategy decks
- Strong with data - you can build a dashboard, read attribution, and make a budget case
- Experience with PLG or product-led + sales hybrid is a strong plus
- Hands-on with HubSpot or equivalent; knows when to automate and when to keep it simple
- High ownership and grit: You operate like a founder of your function. You don't wait for direction, and you finish what you start.
- Sharp written communication: You can brief content teams, pitch leadership, and write the kind of clear copy that both humans and LLMs reward.
