Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience in healthcare staffing operations, workforce management, or related operational leadership. (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Nursing, or related field. (preferred)
- Experience with centralized staffing models or internal resource pools at a health system level (preferred)
- Experience with contingent labor coordination (travelers, agency staff, vendor management) (preferred)
- Experience using workforce management and scheduling systems (e.g., UKG) (preferred)
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing operations, scheduling processes, and workforce deployment
- Ability to analyze staffing data and support operational decision-making
- Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, accountability, and team development
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
