Responsibilities

• Develop and improve user experience strategies through user interviews, surveys, journeys, storyboards, and contextual inquiries.
• Assess gaps between business expectations and user experience, applying trends in user consumption habits.
• Analyze data from web analytics, surveys, and support calls to inform interactive design solutions and mitigate risks.
• Stakeholder management, communication, and engagement, adapting to cultural differences for business value.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, encouraging international collaboration with best practices and shared goals.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions, resolve issues, and encourage perspectives for creativity and growth.

Requirements

• Expert in research principles, best practices, data analysis, and identifying information gaps, ensuring accuracy and addressing legal risks.
• Independently proposes hypotheses, guides research processes, and verifies data reliability, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Influences and builds stakeholder consensus through informed and strategic research inputs.
