About the role
This is not a role for someone who waits for inbound leads, relies on a warm intro, or needs hand-holding to hit quota. As an Account Executive on our Creator Partnerships team, you'll own the supply side of Agentio's marketplace - building direct relationships with the world's most influential creators and the C-suite leaders at top talent management firms. You'll be closing partnerships worth hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars, and you'll be doing it fast, at volume, with zero excuses. We're a team of five today. The people who perform here won't just hit quota - they'll define what great looks like and build the team around it.
Responsibilities
- Hunt relentlessly. You own a large outbound pipeline and you're responsible for filling it, moving it, and closing it. No lead gen team. No hand-offs. You build from scratch and you love it.
- Execute multichannel outreach at high velocity. Email sequences, LinkedIn, phone, in-person, referrals, client entertainment - you use every channel and you use AI to do it faster and better than anyone else in the market.
- Close complex, high-value deals. You're selling to CEOs, founders, and executives at leading creator management firms. This requires executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to run a real sales process - not just relationship management.
- Use AI as your unfair advantage. You don't send generic outreach. You use AI tools to research, personalize, prioritize, and follow up at a scale that would take most reps three times as long. You're constantly testing new tools and automations to sharpen your edge.
- Become a genuine expert. You deeply understand creator economics, management structures, platform dynamics, and what actually drives decision-making in this space. You don't just pitch - you consult.
- Feed the product roadmap. Your frontline conversations with creators and managers directly shape what we build. You have strong opinions and you share them.
- Scale yourself and others. High performers here get to build. Prove yourself and you'll have the opportunity to lead teams, expand into new verticals, and take on strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Required
- 4+ years of quota-carrying, outbound-heavy sales experience at a high-growth startup - SaaS, marketplace, tech, or creator economy
- A track record of not just hitting quota, but hunting it down - you have stories of building pipeline from nothing and closing against the odds
- AI-native: you are actively using AI tools today to prospect, personalize outreach, manage your pipeline, and find efficiency everywhere. This is non-negotiable.
- High-volume prospecting DNA - whether that came from an SDR/BDR background or just how you operate, you understand the discipline and process behind consistent top-of-funnel generation
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and speed; you build the plane while flying it and you prefer it that way
- Exceptional at opening cold doors and building real trust quickly - with creators, managers, and executives alike
- Existing relationships in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital media
- Experience selling into or working with management firms, agencies, or media companies
- SDR/BDR background - we deeply value the grit and process discipline that comes from high-volume prospecting roles
