DashMart is part of the New Verticals division with DoorDash and we are a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers fast, reliable, and high quality delivery. We're looking for a hands-on, people-first leader with strong operational acumen and a high degree of flexibility to serve as a Market Support Manager. In this role, you'll be assigned a regional territory and be embedded on-site at various DashMart locations to support high-priority initiatives, stabilize operations, and provide interim leadership as needed. Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and hourly associates. Set the tone for culture, safety, and performance during every assignment. Assignment duration will be dependent on the unique circumstances of the site. Stabilize and Scale: Step in during leadership transitions, new site launches, or operational challenges. Implement standard operating procedures, troubleshoot operational issues, and quickly bring teams up to performance benchmarks. Own Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day site operations while deployed, ensuring sites run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Monitor P&L performance, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement corrective action plans. Support Growth and Change: Partner with regional and central teams to support growth initiatives, regional training programs, special projects, market expansion efforts, and share insights on key learnings from coverage assignments. Drive Process Improvements: Use data and insights to design and execute improvements to workflows, team structures, and fulfillment practices. We're excited about you because... You are data-driven , with strong analytical skills and experience using Excel or similar tools to drive decisions. You take ownership -treating every site you support like it's your own, whether you're there for a week or a quarter. You bring 3+ years of experience in Leadership, Operations, Consulting, Logistics, Strategy, or a related field.
