As Architectural Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and architectural vision. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting construction projects that will showcase your exceptional architectural expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the architectural design process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction specialists, to translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to support the development of long-term architectural plans and goals
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Lead and mentor a team of talented architects, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, propose solutions, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• 8+ years of proven experience in an architectural management role, preferably in the commercial or residential sectors
• Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency in using architectural software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM
• Proven track record of leading successful architectural projects from concept to completion
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
