- 20% Respond to Accounts Receivable customer service inquiries received via email box or distribution list as well as customer service inquires received via phone call or mail from clients, vendors, or participants about remittance information and payment questions
- 20% Daily, balance Oracle cash receipts using OAC to the bank to ensure all cash receipts have been posted correctly. Reconcile any variances and work with appropriate team members to make any corrections necessary.
- 20% - Daily, update and index cash receipts into our records repository to ensure adherence to records retention policy.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years professional financial experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required and the other MS office suite.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Financials and Accounts Receivable is a plus.
