About the role
Responsible for the timely preparation of local statutory financial statements Responsible for the preparation and documentation of the entity's reconciliation from USGAAP to Local GAAP to support the local statutory financial statements. Ensure the ongoing implementation & integrity of all accounting transactions, including complex transactions, per agreed processes, procedures, and controls Support SOX Compliance, and internal/external audits within GBS working closely with advisors and auditors Achieve targets for high performance that meet or exceed Service Level Agreements Complete monthly and quarterly fluctuation analysis and reporting for Corporate HQ for the entities under your responsibility. Actively participate in a continuous improvement culture through analysing accounting processes and procedures for greater efficiency and work with the team to generate and implement solutions Build relationships with key support contacts in EMEA and within the wider GBS team Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the team's overall objectives Ad-hoc project work as required. Available for limited travel when necessary About You: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Qualified Accountant with an ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or similar. 3-7 years of experience in statutory financial reporting, ideally including strong French statutory reporting experience. Experience with regulatory or statistical reporting would be an advantage Experience in a fast-paced multinational or audit firm environment is preferred Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Oracle or similar ERP systems.
