Responsibilities

- Horticulture & Technical Expertise
- Apply strong knowledge of Georgia plant material, turfgrass management, seasonal color programs, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and site specifications.
- Monitor plant health and assist in identifying pest, disease, and nutrient-related issues.
- Coordinate with irrigation and plant health care teams to ensure optimal landscape performance.
- Evaluate irrigation systems and recommend repairs or improvements as needed.
- Support landscape enhancement and renovation projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Sales & Profitability
- Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability goals for assigned accounts.
- Identify and develop opportunities for enhancements, seasonal color, irrigation upgrades, drainage improvements, and other value-added services.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and job costing activities.
- Maintain accurate estimating, proposal tracking, and billing records.
- Support overall branch growth through strong client relationships and proactive account management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape account management, operations, or related leadership roles.
- Strong horticultural knowledge of landscapes and turfgrass common to Georgia and the Southeast.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Industry certifications such as Georgia Certified Landscape Professional (GCLP), ISA Certified Arborist, or related credentials preferred.
- Experience with Aspire, CompanyCam, GeoTab, or similar landscape management software preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, specifications, and contracts.
