About the role
Third Bridge is building a dedicated AI Enablement Group to accelerate practical AI adoption across our global business. This role will help define how teams across horizontal functions such as Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Editorial, People Operations, Legal, and Compliance leverage AI to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency. As the AI Enablement Lead, you will own the knowledge foundation that enables AI adoption at scale across Third Bridge. Your focus will be on three core areas: building and maintaining the organisation's AI use-case library, developing reusable prompt libraries, and creating the training programmes that bring both to life for business teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and scaling practical AI solutions. While you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, the primary focus is delivering tangible AI-enabled outcomes rather than managing projects, vendors, or large teams.
Responsibilities
- AI Use Case Library
- Build and own a version-controlled Markdown repository - template, taxonomy etc.
- Document AI workflows, best practices, guardrails, and business use cases.
- Develop governance, taxonomy, version control, and documentation standards.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to capture and scale successful AI initiatives.
- Prompt Engineering & AI Assets
- Design, test, and maintain reusable prompt libraries for high-value business workflows.
- Develop practical AI assets that support activities such as reporting, content creation, compliance etc.
- Establish prompt evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver engaging AI training programmes for business users.
- Run workshops and enablement sessions that drive measurable AI adoption.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training content and AI assets.
- Required Experience
- 8-10 years experience in Technology or an adjacent field
- 2+ years hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM implementation
- Strong technical writing; comfortable working across functions without formal authority
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, technical writing, and training skills.
- Technical Skills
- Expertise with Anthropic Claude and other enterprise AI tools.
- Strong experience with prompt engineering, AI workflows, and agent-based solutions.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (RAG, tool use, multi-step workflows).
- Working knowledge of Python, JSON, Markdown, and version control systems.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications is preferred.
- Proven track record building structured knowledge repositories (Markdown, Git, or similar)
Requirements
- Claude Certified Architect - Foundations
- Experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Exposure to Finance Operations, Compliance, Legal, or other business functions.
